This matrix is highly confusing without a clear description of each column. I propose the following format (I'll do the conversion of the current doc to resulting format):

| The name of the site/service/API/source/app | A service specific "verb" (can be made up if the service is building new kinds of actions "e.g. to 'plurk'".
